Comes with miraculous medal and crucifix.  Available in any birthstone and Decorative crosses available, specify in the notes section at the end of the order.  Or email BlessedRosaryBracelets@gmail.com.  Also you can purchase this bracelet for less cost with a pewter medal and cross instead (since these don't touch your skin, they won't tarnish as rapidly as beads touching the wrist- see same bracelet for $85)
